A Dino-mite Wedding
Mara, in total Hollywood glam fashion, got ready in her off-the-shoulder bespoke ivory wedding gown before meeting up with her groom, Jason at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles. Guests found their seats in the Grand Foyer beneath the Dueling Dinosaurs with greenery lining the aisle and filling the ceremony backdrop. Jason and Mara exchanged vows in front of their closest friends and family before heading into cocktail hour where dino shaped chicken nuggets and cheese and fruit platters were set up for everyone to enjoy along with a jazz trio. The bride and groom snuck away to take gorgeous portraits together around the historic venue. Garden roses and King Protea filled Mara’s bouquet and Jason was dressed in a sleek, blue velvet tux. After cocktail hour, the wedding party made their grand entrance for dinner. The reception space was decorated in sparkling lights, mauve and lavender roses, and and 6' trees made of moss and greenery. The first dance was shared and then guests enjoyed their dinner featuring Wild Cherry salads and Vegan Wellingtons. The groom surprised his beautiful bride with a song and performed it in front of all the wedding attendees, which really kicked off the evening. Sweet treats and fun dance moves filled the rest of the night before Mara and Jason’s send off.
