Pantry Chef
- Responsible for the proper presentation and preparation of all cold appetizers, sandwiches, salads and dressings, pates, cold hors d' oeuvres, and buffet items.
- Commitment to excellence in presentation to work on the cold line with multiple menu items.
Garde Manger
- Experienced in choosing, preparing, and presenting cold foods, such as salads, cold soups, meats, and cheeses.
- Knife skills-cutting, chopping, carving, dicing.
- Responsible for inventory, preparation and presentation of select dishes and food items.
Saucier
- Experienced in the preparing of sauces, stews, hot hors d'oeuves, and sautés food to order
- Assists in the creation of new dishes and is also expected to practice safe and sanitary food preparation at all times.
- Ability to be creative under pressure.
Prep Cook
- Prepares the ingredients for senior chefs on staff.
- Responsible for cleaning, peeling, chopping vegetables, scaling/filleting fish, butchering meat, cooking soup stocks, grating cheese, grinding spices, preparing dressings and condiments, etc.
- Ability to utilize a wide range of kitchen tools and utensils includes chopping knives and vegetable grinders.
Drivers
- Must have a clean driving record. DMV clearance is required.
- Must be friendly, punctual, well groomed, and have flexible schedule.
- Physical demands of the job require bending, standing, stooping, pulling, and lifting.
- Knowledge in food delivery, warehouse equipment, and serving is a plus.
Serving Staff
- Seeking dynamic high energy individuals to provide excellent service to our clients.
- Must be professional, friendly, and courteous.
- Experience preferred but will train.
Sales Event Coordinator
- Ideal candidate must be highly motivated and possess strong communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Must exhibit enthusiasm, organizational and time management skills.
- Possess the know-how to interact in a professional atmosphere with high end clients.
- Ability to multi-task, be detailed oriented while meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Creative and dedicated individual with a minimum of 2 years of event experience
Driver/Dispatch Supervisor
- Full-time position (May include Saturdays)
- Computer literate and experienced .Trained in Microsoft office and Mapping programs
- Supervision experience of a staff of 3 or more required, including hiring and training
- Supervise all aspects of driver’s operations
- Scheduling
- Orientation and training of new drivers
- Compliance with dress code and grooming policies
- Training of Customer service, attitude, punctuality, dependability and Safety
- Vehicle maintenance
- Troubleshoot delivery problems, handle emergency calls
- Assign drivers to routing system, call and schedule
- Maintain proper labor costs
- Available as driver when necessary (Clear DMV record)
- Schedule and supervise all vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
- Asset control of all radios, phones, gps, equipment, etc.
- Bilingual not required but an asset
