Hangar 21 Grand Opening – One Heli of a Time! A unique venue, delicious food & drink, and helicopter rides. What more could you ask for? We celebrated the grand opening of Hangar 21 in style, thanks to an A+ vendor team! We provided our gourmet taco station complete with fresh corn tortillas, pollo adaso and al pastor, and a huge assortment of our favorite toppings. A New Chapter for Jay's
Exciting things are happening at Jay’s. We like to dream big, always looking for new opportunities to grow and expand in the fields we’re passionate about. This past week we were able to enter into a new chapter of our story. Now, you’re all probably wondering what this change is. Well it’s awesome, we can tell you that. When it comes down to it, entertaining is at the heart of what we do. Whether we’re catering a wedding, a corporate party or a small gathering, our mission is to bring people together. And what suits a good meal better than a beautiful setting?
That’s right folks, we’ve decided to open our own venue! This crazy idea had been tumbling around our heads for some time, so we set out to find the perfect location that would compliment Jay’s style and philosophy. This week, our wishes became a reality as we were handed the keys to this magnificent building. The structure is a historical rarity for Orange County, as it still contains the original brick and exposed beams. Instead of spilling everything at once, we’ve decided to share little pieces of information at a time. So here are a few inside glimpses of our new space. We hope you’re as enthusiastic as we are about this adventure. Making this place our own is going to be quite the incredible experience and we couldn’t imagine it without the support of all our wonderful customers. Stay tuned for more details and updates!

We are ecstatic to announce the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles (NHM) as our newest venue partner! The Natural History Museum, founded in 1913, isn’t just a hallmark on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places (although it is!).
