Ashten Cisneros
Bakery Production Manager

Ashten grew up in Fallbrook located in sunny San Diego, CA. As a kid, she learned to bake alongside her grandma and mom. This youthful hobby soon turned into a passion leading her to pursue a career in the culinary field. Ashten attended The Art Institute of San Diego, earning an Associate’s Degree in Science for Baking and Pastry. Before joining the Jay’s team, she worked as a pastry cook at the 5 Star Grand Del Mar Resort and Hotel. There she gained immense professional experience, learning how to operate successfully within a team setting. This time also provided her with the tools and skills she needed to thrive at Jay’s such as an exceptional presentation eye, the ability to work well with clients, and the drive to always go above and beyond expectations. Now, Ashten is our friendly Catering and Cake Specialist. She loves helping clients design their dream wedding cakes, and creating custom spreads that will suit the client’s event perfectly. This next year, she’s especially looking forward to watching our café, Ellie’s Table, expand and grow.
